About
Pakdam Pakdai or globally as Rat-A-Tat is a cartoon made in India. It's very similar to Oggy and the Cockroaches (a French cartoon by Xilam) because it's inspired by that show, but has differences such as the two main victims being dogs while the mean characters are rats. In this cartoon a pink fat dog named Doggy Don (or just Don in global broadcasting) is very lazy and he is often annoyed by three mice. They are Chottu, Motu and Lambu (possibly named after the three cockroach brothers in the Indian localization for OatC). Doggy Don's older brother Colonel and younger brother Major always work with him, but in some episodes Doggy Don and the mice are friends (like Oggy being sometimes friends with the roaches); like in the episode "Baby pigeon".
